When your loved one needs more than you can provide at home, Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, provides an alternative. Patients are admitted to a gracious home-like atmosphere, surrounded by their families and attended to 24 hours a day by our caring health care professionals in collaboration with your Hospice Provider.

Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides holistic, interdisciplinary end-of-life care to nursing home residents and their families. We acknowledge the unique physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of each person. We strive to extend the highest level of courtesy and service to patients, families, caregivers, visitors and each other.

Considered to be the model for quality, compassionate care for people facing a life-limiting illness or injury, hospice care involves a team-oriented approach to expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support expressly tailored to the patient's needs and wishes. Support is provided to the patient's loved ones as well. At the center of hospice and palliative care is the belief that each of us has the right to die pain-free and with dignity, and that our families will receive the necessary support to allow us to do so.
