Our Adult Day Health (ADH) Program provides a safe, enriching, and clinically supported environment for adults who benefit from daytime care outside the home. Designed as a medical-model program, it combines social engagement with on-site therapy services and daily clinical oversight. With its own dedicated entrance for convenience, the ADH Program helps participants maintain independence, receive needed support, and enjoy meaningful daily activities within a caring community.

60-participant capacity
Provides an active, social, and secure setting for up to 60 adults, promoting connection and community.
Medical model programming
Offers daily clinical oversight, health monitoring, and structured activities tailored to participants’ medical and cognitive needs.
Separate entrance (Thorne Street)
Features a dedicated, easy-to-access entryway for smooth drop-off, privacy, and participant safety.
Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy on site
Ensures convenient access to therapy services that support mobility, communication, strength, and overall functional well-being.
