The staff of Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a Joint Commission Accredited rehabilitation and nursing center located in Worcester, MA, strive to provide our residents with a pleasant environment through a wide range of amenities and activities. We cater to the physical, emotional and social needs of each resident by offering the highest level of health care services available.

Services We Offer

Our facility provides a full range of healthcare services, treatments and therapies to meet our resident's diverse medical needs. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, therapy, treatment for Alzheimer's disease and related dementia, Hospice and Adult Day Health.

The facility is also home to a beautiful chapel that celebrates Catholic Mass six days per week. We welcome all religious traditions and can make arrangements for the spiritual care of residents of all faiths.

Upon arrival, each resident receives a thorough evaluation to determine their physical, learning and emotional needs. Our staff of doctors, nurses, dietitians and social workers will then collaborate with the patient and his or her family to develop an individualized care plan to maintain and/or improve the quality of life. By utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach, combining a group of experienced professionals with the patient and family, we are able to design a care plan to offer the resident the best opportunity for a successful outcome.
